SAFE will be closed for all holidays observed by the Federal Reserve, including:
Early closures: SAFE will close at 2 p.m. on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve when those days fall on weekdays.
While our offices will be closed, you may access your accounts at your convenience through Online Banking, Mobile Banking , Text Message Banking , or SAFE's iPad®, iPhone®, or Android™ Apps .
To report a lost or stolen SAFE debit or credit card, a billing error, or a fraudulent charge during normal business hours, call us immediately at (916) 979-7233 or (800) SEE-SAFE.
Normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. – Saturday hours are 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
To block a lost or stolen card anytime, log in to your account online or on the SAFE Mobile App. Navigate to CARD SERVICES, then CARD LOST/STOLEN.
Alternatively, you can also chat with a helpful SAFE representative.
