Careers at SAFE

What motivates you to get up in the morning and come to work? At SAFE, our employees cite our dynamic company culture and their supportive coworkers – and we’re proud of that. We’re also proud that our employees noted our family-oriented culture in making us the No. 1 Best Place to Work in the 2018 Sacramento Business Journal Best Places to Work award!

For nearly 80 years, our reputation of being a premier credit union with a clear service-first philosophy has helped us attract top-tier talent from across the Greater Sacramento region and beyond.

When interviewing candidates, we look for outstanding professionals who not only take joy in the privilege and responsibility of improving the lives and financial well-being of our members, but who are also passionate about upholding our  Core Values – SAFE’s guiding principles and beliefs.

In addition to looking for candidates who embody our Core Values, we also strive to hire employees who understand what  truly matters to our valued membership: their families and friends, their health, their jobs or businesses, and their communities – our communities.

If everything above resonates with you, and you believe you will thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented working environment, please apply — we look forward to meeting you!
