Access SAFE Online Banking on desktops and through browsers on mobile devices. Responsive design lets you easily see your account information on any device.

For initial sign-in

  • Click on "Log In" 
  • Username: Enter your SAFE account number
  • Password: Enter your CALL-24 PIN. If you can’t remember your CALL-24 PIN, please reset it at a branch or call SAFE at (916) 979-7233 or (800) SEE-SAFE for assistance. You can also with a service representative during regular business hours.
  • Once logged in, you may change your username and Online Banking password.

Access your account information through our automated phone system using your CALL-24 PIN. If you don’t remember your CALL-24 PIN or wish to change it, please visit a branch or call SAFE during normal business hours at (916) 979-7233 or (800) SEE-SAFE. You can also with a service representative during regular business hours.

See all of your SAFE accounts in one place in Online Banking, including checking, savings, certificates, and loans.

Log in to get started

  • You will be directed to an overview of all your accounts
  • Click on each account to see account activity and history. You can also export, print, and transfer funds from the Account History page.


Password Reset

Reset your password in Online Banking.

Go to the home page of

  • Select “Forgot User ID or Password”
  • Provide phone number that is listed on your account and your username and then select “Send me a new password”. (If the phone number you provide is not listed on the account, you will need to contact the Call Center or SAFE’s Online Support team to get the password reset.)
  • Check your mobile device for a text message with your temporary password.
  • Enter the new temporary password from your text message in Online Banking. Click Confirm.
  • Enter your temporary password again along with your new password to update password.
