SAFE VP Rachel Zillner receives Executive Woman Award

FOLSOM, Calif. (Oct. 25, 2018) – SAFE Credit Union Vice President of Community Banking and Membership Rachel Zillner received the 2018 Executive Woman Award from the Sacramento chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners during an awards presentation earlier in October.

Rachel Zillner accepting awardZillner was recognized at the association’s Outstanding Women Leader Awards ceremony for her work helping women succeed in business. The association provides its members with educational, social, economic, and political programs that support women in their ventures.

“Being honored by NAWBO means so much to me,” Zillner said. “I have a passion for small-business owners, as the daughter of an entrepreneur. SAFE is proud to be a member of NAWBO, to support female business owners. We’re here to stand beside women today and our future generations of women in the business world.”

NAWBO has nearly 60 chapters and 5,000 members in the U.S. It champions women business owners and their issues to lawmakers, the media, federal government agency heads, and the greater business community.
