SAFE CEO Faye Nabhani to Join Sacramento Valley Credit Union Network Panel on Leading Through Change

Folsom, Calif. (February 17, 2026) – SAFE Credit Union President and CEO Faye Nabhani will join several CEOs from leading California credit unions for an interactive panel discussion on transformative leadership. The panel is being hosted by the Sacramento Valley CU Network of the California Credit Union League (CCUL) on February 24.

“I’ve had the privilege of leading SAFE through significant business transformations that have all been focused on how we serve and interact with our members,” says Nabhani. “It’s an honor to join other important leaders on this panel who do so much to serve the Greater Sacramento community.”

The Sacramento Valley Credit Union Network is a regional chapter of the California Credit Union League (CCUL), which serves as the trade association and advocacy organization for over 200 California credit unions. The network annually hosts its CEO panel, connecting regional credit union leaders to share industry insights and to make meaningful connections.

“I look forward to robust discussions about innovative leadership and what we can all do to better support our members and the community,” adds Nabhani.

Nabhani has served as President and CEO of SAFE Credit Union since January 2023. Her strategic vision has been instrumental in overseeing the credit union’s continued business and member growth through innovative member-first initiatives, conscientious business operations, and organization structures that enhance synergies and collaboration.

Prior to joining SAFE, Nabhani worked for KeyPoint Credit Union in Santa Clara, California, for 22 years in a variety of credit operations and management positions, including as their Chief Lending Officer.

Nabhani has served as a member of various boards of directors, including MBL LLC (now CUBG), as Member Engagement and CLO Forum Committee Member for the CUNA Lending Council, and as a board member of the Folsom Tourism and Economic Development Corporation (2016-2018). She earned a degree in Leadership and Organizational Development from Saint Mary’s College of California.
