Shadeed is a leading expert in educating members during the home buying and mortgage process. He brings insight into all aspects of real estate transactions, having worked as a top-producing Realtor in the Bay Area as well as Mortgage Officer. Since 2014, Shadeed has been helping connect SAFE members to a variety of real estate loans, including conventional, investment, and multi-family. A Holy Names University graduate, Shadeed earned a degree in business marketing and communications from the private college in Oakland, Calif. As a result of his combined education and experience, Shadeed understands the importance of open communication among all parties involved in the home buying and mortgage process so there are no surprises.
