She continues to be passionate about providing financial wellness solutions to employers and organizations throughout the Sacramento region, helping employees gain the skills they need to perform their best and build financial freedom!
Karen is also passionate about her family, enjoying three grandchildren at one end of the spectrum and their great-grandparents on the other!

Owner, Good Shepherd Insurance Agency

Chris Frederick is the founding owner of Good Shepherd Insurance Agency; a company helping individuals and families plan for Medicare, Healthcare, and Long-Term Care expenses. With a BA in Business from Point Loma Nazarene University, Chris has worked in the financial planning and insurance industry for more than 15 years. As an insurance planner, his mission is to be a trusted source in navigating the “mine field” of healthcare in retirement. 

 Today, Chris resides with his wife and five children in Rocklin, California. He is passionate about teaching and mentoring others, as well as producing music, coaching soccer, and track & field.
