All current SAFE members are invited to attend SAFE Credit Union’s in-person Annual Meeting on Wednesday, April 24, 2024. President/CEO Faye Nabhani and other SAFE leaders and board members will provide updates on the credit union’s 2023 financial results. Appetizers will be served.
Director Elections
In accordance with SAFE Credit Union bylaws, if no additional nominations for vacant positions are received than the number of vacant positions, the credit union may, without further action, declare that those nominated and qualified to be elected are elected. This procedure will be followed at this year’s annual meeting.
The close of nominations occurred on January 31, 2024. The Nominating Committee filed the following nomination with the Secretary of the credit union.
