If you've tried SAFE Mobile Banking, you have already experienced the convenience of checking your balance on the go.  Now it's even easier with SAFE's free* Text Message Banking!

Receive your account balances and transactions within seconds of sending a quick text message. Available inquiries include:

  • bal - Current and available balances for a primary account you designate.
  • bal all - Current balances for all the accounts you have with us.
  • bal chk - Current balances for all checking accounts you have with us.
  • bal sav - Current balances for all savings accounts you have with us.
  • last - The last five transactions in your primary account.
  • stop - Deactivate the text message service.
  • help - list of keywords available.

Log in to Online Banking at safecu.org to register your mobile device today! Once logged in, click on the Additional Services menu, and select Text Message Enrollment, then click the Text Message Sign up button and follow the simple steps to activate Text Message Banking, email alerts, and notifications.

To ensure the security and privacy of your account, we never send confidential information such as user ID’s, passwords, or complete account numbers via Text Message Banking.
